Onboarding is completed based on the package purchased. The Growing Hotelier package takes 7 days, while Pro and Master Hotelier packages take 14 days. These timelines may vary in special cases where there is a dependency on third-party systems or data migration. Our team handles the entire setup remotely.
No. DJUBO is fully cloud-based software. You just need a browser and an internet connection to access the system from anywhere. DJUBO also has its own mobile application which can be used for most regular actions.
You can start with our Growing package, which includes the minimum set of products required to operate. You can upgrade to a higher package as your needs grow.

We conduct group online training sessions. Once your products are made live, we share a webinar link to register for the required training sessions. For individual training sessions, please speak to your DJUBO contact for a quote.
After we receive the kickstart payment, system setup typically takes 7–14 days. Once setup is complete and the required training has been completed within this period, a subscription live email will be sent to you. Your subscription and billing will begin from the date mentioned in that email.
Once the subscription live email is sent within a given month, our finance team will issue the first subscription invoice in the first week of the following month.
