Accessing Room Categories

• Click on the “Views” icon and select “Manage this Property” from the dropdown.
• Click on “Rooms Setup” in the right-hand side options panel.

 

 

• Here you will find all your room categories listed. To change the description or add images to a room category, click on the edit icon against it.

 

 

• To edit the room description, click on the “Edit” icon under “Category Details”.

 

 

• In the pop-up window, add or alter your description of the room category and click “Save”. Now this description will be visible on your booking engine and TripAdvisor Instant Bookings.

 

 

• To add room category images, click on the “Room Category Images” tab and click on “Select Image”.

 

 

• In the explorer window that pops-up, navigate to the folder containing the room images. Select an image and click on “Open”.

 

 

• Repeat the above steps to add more images to the room category. These images will be visible on your booking engine and TripAdvisor Instant Bookings.

You can edit the details for other room categories in a similar manner.
